 It actually keeps being really bad. Cannot read a thing if in window mode and even worse in Full Screen mode. Which is the resolution of the video? Can it be changed by us? I don't find any option to do it.

 It seems a really interesting video, but half an hour with pain in the eyes is not that good.

Sorry to hear that,  in order to make it maximum size please use FireFox on windows and Safari on the Mac client, as for the quality I have notify and engaged our platform team to fix the quality on the staging server.
