The Cisco 2019 Privacy Maturity Benchmark Study quantifies some of the business benefits of GDPR readiness and privacy maturity more generally. Many of the benefits identified in the 2018 Study have been confirmed and explored more fully, including the existence of sales delays due to privacy concerns, the reasons behind these delays, and the impact on the organizations’ overall sales effort.
