Any body help me to know which is best Internet Bandwidth Control Appliance available in the market. The requirement is to control QoS (Our current Internet bandwidth to ISP is 2MB)

You can do this using most Cisco routers and QoS if you want. Shouldn't be that difficult to do. You could get an appliance like a Packeteer which might make it a bit more user friendly, but a good router should be able to handle it too...
I'd recommend one of the newer routers, for a 2Mb line I'd go with something like a 2801 or higher..

Hi,
It is better to achieve the Bandwidth Shaping with Router rather than going for a third party appliance. QoS would be the better option for your requirement since your bandwidth is 2mbps.
Good Luck.

Mate,
If you would like to have mega visibility to your traffic and see every bit of detail then you either get a router with a network analysis module or get a 3rd party device such as Packeteer, Juniper Peribit or Ipanema.
Cheers.

First you have to determine how much shaping you need and how are you going to do it - give yourself some options.
Second, use available QoS feature with what you have - upgrade the IOS if necessary, its cheaper this way.
Third, if its not enough try a third party like PacketShaper. Their yearly maintenance is high though and you can't miss a year of maintenance :)
