Both the power supply of FEX 105 is showing fail/shutdown but the FEX is online

Observing power supply of FEX 105  is malfunctioning. We checked and found that the both the power supply of FEX 105 is showing fail/shutdown but the FEX is online.

NXOS version-7.1.4.N1.1

Could anyone suggest what is the reason.

there might be a i2c issues in the switch, need to review few logs. As a first step, Take a window and remove/re-insert the PSU and also let me know the Serial number of the PSU unit.
