Can the CSS hide URL?

I have a customer that want to hide everything in the url past the ".com". Is this possible to do in the CSS?

For example: www.xyz.com, after logon shows https://www.xyz.com/users/stuff. Can the CSS just display on the users browser the user: https://www.xyz.com and nothing beyond that?
