My CIMC is working properly and I can access our VM hosts from it without an issue; however, I cannot ping a certain host and I cannot access it in the web interface either. From the CIMC I can see that host is on, and all the VM's on it are powered on and operating correctly. Any idea why I wouldn't be able to access that host individually or even ping it???

Make sure they have tagged to right network interface and VLAN
check the IP and gateway.

Since you have access to the KVM/CIMC, via the DCUI, F2 setup, check the admin network config.
Compare the mac addresses of the active nic(s), and make sure they are the same ports you think they are on the upstream switch. Make sure you have a matching vlan tag (or if not tagging, the right access vlan configured on upstream switchport)
Are you learning the MAC address on the right vlan (show mac address-table on upstream switch)?
