Hi All
I have come across an unusual situation.
I have a number of servers connected to Cisco Nexus 2348UPQ 10GE Fabric Extenders which are up linked to a pair of
Nexus 7710.
Ports are fine, servers are fine and then out of the blue one of the ports will stop forwarding traffic to the server - eg a continuous ping of the target server will fail.
The switch states the port is up/up
The switch is unable to ping the target server.
If one of the core switches is rebooted the ping will start to work again.
Nothing in the logs - has anyone seen this? I have a TAC case open...
