How i can assign a different OSPF COST to different
VLANs if I am using a 6500? I can reach with IP
using OSPF an specific IPAddress through three different VLANS or ports. How can I do if I want
that each different path has a diferent cost(weight).

You might check the "ip ospf cost" command for this. See documentation at:
