Does Cisco have 10 Gigabit Ethernet Transceiver Modules?

Yes, Cisco has GLC-T module, but, if I want to transfer a 10Gb SFP+ port to a 10Gb Ethernet port, What can I do?

You can not get a 10GBaseT adaptor for an SFP+ port.
