Failure rates on Cisco Chasis and Cards

Is anyone aware of published failure rates on Cisco Chasis and cards. I need this information to calculate my requirement for spare hardware. Thanks.

Look for the MTBF value (Mean Time Between Failures) in the product specifications for each item you are looking at. Most MTBF rates are published but your Cisco SE should be able to fill in any gaps.
