FEX removed randomaly

Hi,

We have a Unified fabric based on 2 NX55K L3 connecting 16 fexs in dual homed topology. one fex (ID113) randomly removed from both NX5K (see log) and restored.  no power issue, no physical layer issue. the same rack contein two other fexs and they still work fine.

How can approuve that is a hardware issue on this fex and not other cause (NX5K side issue).

Is any one have the same issue?

NX-OS 6.0.2.

Hi,

Open a ticket with TAC.  They may have other customers that have issues like this.  They will most likely replace the FEX if you have service contract on it.

We have log a crash message regarding this. can any one decode this. regards
