nexus 1000v vxlan kvm openstack

Hello,We are trying to implement n1k on a rh Juno openstack but something is not working correctly :

The vsm and vem are ok. Profile are seen in both vsm and openstack dashboard.

Bridge group are created by openstack on the vsm for vnid.

Our problem is that two vm cannot communicate with the same vxlan. Arp works fine, but no icmp or ssh possible.

In openstack we checked the security profile and they are ok.

any advice would be welcome as our partner who doesn't support n1k on Linux told us he couldn't open a tax case for support

I think this could be useful to other so I will gives the answer we found.

We were running some of the openstack node on an Ovirt cluster, looks like while iptables was clea of any filtering, some advanced parameter are configure to prevent spoofing of mac and as the vem was using it's own mac the ovirt cluster was dropping traffic.
