We have upgraded our N5K to support the new 2232TM, but now we face the issue that the 8 SFP+ ports are not visible in our config:

They are not visible: neither with the "show fex" neither with the "show int status", we cannot configure them....?
Do you think it's possible to access these ports by another way and configure them to allow some hosts to connect on it or is their purpose exclusively UPLINK?

Do you mean the Fabric interfaces? If yes, you cannot use those for any host connectivities.
