Nexus 5020 will not power on

Hello,

 

I just pulled a nexus 5020 off the shelf and thru in a 1200w PSU. The fans in the PSU spin, but no LEDs on the PSU or Nexus are coming on.

 

Any ideas? This is believed to have been a working pull.
