Nexus 7000 - High CPU after installing DCNM software

Hello,

I have lately installed Prime DCNM 6.1(1a) on a Windows server and I'm managing six N7K devices.

Four of them are divided to VDCs.

All of them are running the following features:

vPC, OSPF, BGP, LACP.

Since the installation date, all of the N7K devices have high CPU spikes to 100%.

The spikes occur every couple of seconds.

As soon as I took down the DCNM server processes, we didn't see these spikes anymore.

We're not sure which process is consuming most of the CPU resources because we were not able the run the "show process cpu sort" command when the issue occurs.

I also attached a screenshot of one of our NMS tools that is polling the CPU utilization of the N7K devices, so you can see the spikes.

Is it the expected behavior after installing DCNM?

Thanks.
