Problems with VPC between 2 Nexus 7000 when peer-link goes down

I have a problem whit VPC configured on nexus 7000, when the peer-link connection goes down the vpc goes down too and the status of the interface show vpc peer-link is down

When peer-link goes down only interfaces on secondary switch goes down. It should not bring down vpc on primary switch.
