Hi,
According to this matrix the Nexus 5000 don't support 2meters Twinax SFP+ cable.

Does anyone know why?
Thanks
Mattias

Hello Mattias,
The 2 Meter Twinax cables were not supported in earlier version of software on the Nexus 5k. When we released 6.0.2 software on the 5k is when we got support for these cables.
Hope this helps.

Thanks! I thought it should be resolved in a later release. And I didn't know 6.0 was released.
Do you also know when (or if it's already is) 2meters is supported in UCS Fabric Interconnect 6200?

And Cisco UCS C CNA VIC 1225

Hello Mattias,
Two meter cables are not currently supported with the UCS Fabric Interconnects. I'd work with your Cisco Channels/Account Team to get exact dates of when they will be supported.
