Dialing into webex cloud meetings using SIP URI

Hi Team, I have been trying with free user, my requirement is to join the already running web ex meeting using sip uri.

I am trying over TCP using the ports 5060 to 5070, but its not even reaching the server. All my outbound traffic is open.

Can some one suggest the way?
