Service Now integration with Cisco

Greetings,

We have Cisco standalone servers and Cisco UCS B series servers that currently getting discovered in servicenow CMDB. We would like to see warranty information of servers in servicenow. Is there something that can pull warranty information directly from Cisco and sync it in servicenow (Rest API)?

I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.

Hello Sami,
Not sure about showing up Cisco server information on ServiceNow, but you can always go for a middleware that connects both these applications and acts as a centralized platform for all such data. With the right integration approach, it’s absolutely possible to pull out information from Cisco backend systems, ServiceNow, and other business applications - to generate a unified view of information on one single screen. Check out NovelVox integrations and learn how they can help solve this challenge.
