Waking Webex DX, SX, Room 55 etc devices on network

Looking for a way to wake Webex devices on our network when doing a whole of lan scan.

Presently set for timeout of 500 ms as this limits whole scan to about 30 hours. 

Unfortunately, I have found that if a device is asleep, this is not enough time for it to wake up and respond.

Apart from increase the timeout (thus increasing the time for the overall scan) is there are a way to wake them up first in preparation before trying to access status.xml?
