How do you remove a Forced Authorization Code from a single phone?

CUCM version 11.5.1.12900-21

I have a user with a 7811 IP phone and in order for him to dial an external number he has to enter in the FAC code. I figured out what the code was by finding it in CUCM > Call Routing > Forced Authorization Codes, so the user is able to dial external now so long as he enters the code, but we are wanting to change it so he's not required to enter the code at all.

We do not want to delete this FAC as it is active on several other phones, we only want to detach the FAC requirement from his phone. How can I do this?
