We are operating two NSS3000 in a LINUX environment and are happy so far. Now I tried as root (LINUX) to access some "installation" files I moved to one of the devices. As a user no problem... but then I have no access to the target directories. Browsing as root my access is denied, shure there is no root user!
Trying to install a root user (the network wide) fails, as the NSS3000 replies this user is reserved! "The user is reserved for the system use only!"
OK! Is there a work around, a way to gain access as system administrator? I searched the net and googled without result so far.
