1-1 NAT on RV130

Dear all,

I have configured a 1-1 NAT on RV130 but I cannot access the service via the internet but I can access the service via the intranet while using the public IP. What could be the problem?

Image is too small to look, is the internet connection directly connect to RV130 or any other ISP modem or router involved here ?
