3G, 4G-LTE : how to select and Lock a Cell for the cellular

Hello,

I configure an interface cellular for 3G and 4G.

Question: Is it possibe to lock the selected cell from CLI configuration as an workaround of pilot pollution?

The radio give pilot polution (I can see 2 cells that give -71dbm and the second give -71dbm). So I want to select the cell I wish to use.
