Adding a Verizon USB LTE Modem as a Backup WAN to RV345

We're moving from a Cambium Networks router to a Cisco RV345 around March. One feature appealing to using the RV345 is the dual WAN capability so we could setup a backup connection. We've had reliability issues with our ISP lately (it's a local point-to-point WISP that uses Cambium Networks equipment, hence why we've been on a Cambium Networks router), but we cannot 100% transition ISPs yet to another ISP since there is not another more reliable ISP in our area yet (maybe that'll change with 5G).

In the meantime, we're considering adding a Verizon USB LTE modem to the Cisco RV345 as the second WAN only for a backup connection (so in the event of an outage to the primary connection, we'd have failover to the Verizon LTE connection). This is the LTE modem we'd like add: https://www.verizonwireless.com/internet-devices/verizon-global-modem-usb730l/?sku=sku2540056. It does seem to be comparible with the RV345:

If I do add it, I need to ensure it wouldn’t cause a double NAT issue since I have an Earth Networks HD Cam that I have through Port 80 on our router firewall that our main office and TV stations access the livestream on remotely when they type in our public IP address: https://www.earthnetworks.com/product/accessories/video-cameras/.

I would only need the camera livestream to be functional on the primary WAN connection (in the event the primary WAN connection died, we'd likely not have enough bandwidth on the LTE connection for the camera live stream to function correctly, so we could await and access it when the primary connection returned).

Any insight on how I would set this up would be appreciated.

Thanks!
