Ok you have an address range of 10.10.12.0 to 10.10.15.255
I suggest the following
Cameras 10.10.12.0/24
Printers 10.10.13.0/25
IP alarm 10.10.13.128/25
workstations 10.10.14.0/25 ( room for growth)
Servers 10.10.14.128/25( also room for growth)
Management 10.10.15.0/27

I would really like to know why there's 100 printers and only 20 work stations..... This sounds like a test question, so I would subnet for only what's given.
