Can't create a VPN on a RV320 Router

I have a RV320 configured with 3 gateway to gateway VPNs and I attempted to add a 4th VPN by clicking on the Add button at the bottom of the connection table on the VPN summary page. The Add button takes me to a selection of either gateway to gateway or client to gateway with 2 network images and an Add button for each. The Add button for Gateway to Gateway takes me to a Gateway to Gateway page that is blank. The Add button for Cleint to Gateway does the same. Can someone give me an idea on how to add another VPN?

I tried both Chrome and Firefox, same result. The firmware is v1.4.2.15 (2017-08-14, 15:59:13) and the PID VID is RV320-K9 V03.

-Can you do the upgrade to te same firmware version again and test

-Did you try also Internet Explorer, some cases it works even if chrome and firefox don't.

-Does it happen the same if you try to access the router with any other computer.

-Have you tried a factory reset and configure the unit again?

-If the unit keeps failing to show the information for the tunnel configuration, please try the version

1.3.2.02 and see if it helps.

Thanks for your reply. I was on the phone today with one of you small
business support techs, he diagnosed the problem as "Bad hardware" and
instructed me to return it.
