We are using Cisco RV340 dual wan router i have entered to login admin page with user name cisco and password ciso 

but page is not open already i have done reset option but same issue appear please give me support

user name cisco and password ciso(cisco  right ?)

i would try different browser and test it.

already tried user name cisco and password cisco 

but login page not opening

different browser, what is error you getting can you send screenshot.

Hi edptrust,

You can try the auto fallback mechanism to fix the log-on access issue on the router. 1. Unplug Router’s power cord 2. Plug Router in 3. After 30 seconds, unplug the router 4. Repeat steps 2-3 for 5 more times After the 6th time, the router should be accessible.
