cisco c881 router not starting up

cisco c881 router not starting up Good day, I have a Cisco 881 router which was working fine until one morning after trying to start up all the LEDs on the router came on and won't go off. I left it for hours yet the LEDs didn't go out and trying to log in using a console cable, nothing is detected on my computer system (I used the serial port directly without a converter and with puty). Please I need help and advice to help resolve this issue. Thanks

Turn Off the device, make sure you check the cables of console(Serial Blue cable come with cisco)

connect to PC and make sure you set the correct baud  rate , start the router, if you dont see any console output, this could think me that the router gone bad, time for replacement.

I think its memory problem and you need contact with service support
