Cisco RV130W port forwarding issue

Cisco RV130W port forwarding issue

Port forwarding is not working, need to forward ports 1730 & port 7625 to phone system IP. Added single port forwarding in admin section and pointed to correct ip but will not successfully forward the ports. Canyouseeme.org repeatedly errors when I test to see if port is open even though port forwarding says it is?? 

Any help would be appreciated, there are default ports available and I can successfully enable those but when I try to add the ports I need it will not succeed.

Critical issue as it has to do with several offices phone system communication.
