CISCO RV320 problem with WAN1

Hi

Please help me with my CISCO RV320!

I have a problem with socket WAN. When I put in a internet cable in this socket the internet is not working, there is no IP address in settings, but when i put in a cable in socket DMZ/WAN everything is ok, the IP address is automatic.

How can I check if the port WAN is not broken? I reset router to the default.

When you plug in the WAN cable connector into WAN port 1, do the status lights come on? If the status lights don't come on check the WAN 1 status in the Port Status menu.

Hi , when i plug th Wan 1 i do not have link on the ISPs Modem and also i the led light on the router is off.

I see in the wan table ,that the packet of the tx are something.... but the Rx in 0.

Can you please tell me waht to do to fix this issue?
