tell us what steps you followed :
1. you need to setup user accounts with Remote Authentication Service
2. Integrated with AD
3. you need to add your Device in AD as trusted device
follow below guide :
https://thesolving.com/server-room/configure-radius-server-windows-authenticate-cisco-vpn-users/
4. make a Groups so user will be part of VPN
check Logs both the side windows event logs and RV 340 what is the logs shows when the user dialed in ?
So you are using Radius authentication, intern radius do AD lookup ? is this correct?
in this case you need to see related between radius and AD connection.
your Logs are missing ?
Your Logs still missing . - make sure attached correctly.
let me brief again.
1 user dial in to RV
2 RV use Radius to authenticate users
3. Radius installed in windows box - what radius ? is this windows NPAS ?
4. Do you have relation between Radius and AD in the same server for the users access ?
Hi Balaji ,
any luck for my issue .

I solved this my self after downgrading my DC from 2019 to 2016 , its worked with out any major changes in RV .
Thank you Balaji for your assistance .
