Hello ,
i recently purchased Cisco RV340 and my current Firmware Version: 1.0.03.20 , i have configured ssl vpn with local users and able to connect with out any issues, i have an Active Directory and when i am trying to configure with my AD it was not authentication , i tried to configure as showing in cisco blogs but failed , can any one please help me out how can i fix this issue .
using Win2019 Standard server .

tell us what steps you followed :
1. you need to setup user accounts with Remote Authentication Service
2. Integrated with AD
3. you need to add your Device in AD as trusted device
follow below guide :

4. make a Groups so user will be part of VPN
check Logs both the side windows event logs and RV 340 what is the logs shows when the user dialed in ?

So you are using Radius authentication, intern radius do AD lookup ? is this correct?
in this case you need to see related between radius and AD connection.

let me brief again.
1 user dial in to RV
2 RV use Radius to authenticate users
3. Radius installed in windows box - what radius ? is this windows NPAS ?
4. Do you have relation between Radius and AD in the same server for the users access ?

I solved this my self after downgrading my DC from 2019 to 2016 , its worked with out any major changes in RV .
