Hi all.

I bought a Cisco rv345 but I can't get it working. When I plug the cable from ISP into my PC I have full speed. When I then connect the router to ISP the speed almost completely disappears. What am I doing wrong?

depends on how you configured the device, if you enabled all the feature, it will be slow.

so disable most of the features not required and try.

I have a speed of 1000 Mbps without the router but about 10-50 Mbps with the router. 
I don't expect it to be that slow. I haven't made any changes to my router.

is this new Router?

couple of things to check :

1. check the speed negotiation between ISP modem and WAN Port of RV Router

2. post the configuration screenshot of device config.

3. Speed 1GBPS? without a router, can we have screenshot?

4. how are you connecting PC to router what port ?

Did you use the "initial setup wizard"? It is probably the best way to start and then makes changes after running the wizard.
