If settings do not apply from the WEB UI, try a different  browser such as Firefox, Chrome, etc. You may also try older IE 7 or 8  or IE 9 in a compatibility view.

If it still does not  apply setting for the port forwarding, give the router a firmware  upgrade to the 2.0.1.5 and factory reset the unit holding the reset  button for 35-40 seconds.

Thanks Thomas. I use Firefox, Opera, Chrome and IE8 but some part of web gui dont work(example

http://192.168.103.1/SetupPPPoE.asp a have empty white screen)

. I have firmware 2.0.1.5 and this firmware was installed 3 times, when device not working properly. This is strange device, I must every mont reinstall firmware in device, this behavior is not normal.

Most of the time when the web UI does not display correctly, it is an issue with the computer accessing the device. Very, very seldom it is the router.

Try a different computer and see if it yields a result. The router UI use Java and the way computers handle Java are different for whatever reason. The WRV210 is a bit of an older router also, new operating system / security patches sometimes affect how the html loads within the UI for the older products.
