configuration page not opening on SRP521w and stopped on login.cgi

Hi friends I am facing the following problem after resting my Cisco Small Business SRP 521W. The problem is when I submit login request then page reload but nothing appears and the URL bar stops on 192.168.15.1/login.cgi and nothing happens next. I tried both default username: admin / cisco

Password: admin / cisco

But the same thing happens all time.any other username or password I tried it says the incorrect username and password.i also attached the screenshot kindly checkthe attachments.

This is a very old Router model and end of support presently. Default settings of SRP52x were as follows…

What is the status in different browsers (like Chrome, Firefox, IE)?

I hope you are using Windows OS, please disable the windows Firewall & any third party antivirus installed on that PC and then check the status once in different browsers.
