configure one specific wan per vlan

hello,

new to cisco rourers and just got a 16 port RV345. I'm trying to setup one of the wan connections to only serve one vlan ( out of three) in case the primary wan ( 350mbps goes down for any reason.

current setup is two wans showing as up and three vlans on separate nets 1, 2 &3. Vlan one is the business end devices and they are always supposed to be only hence the need for the second wan ( lte router) to kick in in case of an outage. I can't have ghe second connection serve the other two vlans cause the guest wifi is also enabled and that would render the connection useless as it only is a 5mbps sometimes less. my question is how do I condigure the backup wan to only kick in for the vlan 1 as a failover. I have already condigured the failover settings where wan 1 is primary and 2 is secondary. is there a way for me to do the setup on the gui side or do I have to get involved with the cli cause i really don't want to go through that unless absolutely needed. thank you
