Follow-up: I ended up calling Cisco Small Business support. The tech contacted Trendmicro via conference call and they generated a new 30 day trial key to allow us to disable it. If you run into this situation you may need to push a little to get the new key as the Trendmicro rep at first wanted me to reset the box to factory defaults.
