Looking at the RV130 firewall settings makes me think that it doesn't

When one looks at the RV320 firewall settings the answer is obvious

My name is Mehdi from Cisco Technical Support, for RV130 yes it does and the SPI is a built-in feature in RV130x. It’s always enabled.
