A good amoutn of info here. I am having very much the same problems,.

Can get PPTP login to work but cannot connect using quickvpn or the proper cicso vpn clinet.

Using quickvpn i get

Using the proper vpn client I cannot get any form of connction.

Firwall software is disabled !!!

Any ideas - pretty please ??????

Never got it to work and no got help from cisco !!!!!

- Internet connection type on both sides

- IP network ranges on both sides (RV220W and QuickVPN)

- Windows version (you mentioned that the firewall is disabled, however for Windows Vista and Windows 7 it should be enabled)

Hello Iwan,

I've been in contact Cisco small business support, with Kalina Mihaylov. I've gone out of my way for her, and after responding to al of her questions, it seems she has just closed the call. Then I've called back a week later to report my problem again. Nobody was available, and I was promised that I would be called back after I left my number. Nobody called me back. I've invested ours by now in this poroduct, and I am getting realy angry.
