failed to ping remote VPN Router!

I am having trouble getting quickVPN to work from home where I am using a Netgear WGT624 wireless router connected to my dsl modem.  I can use quickVPN and make connection when bypassing the router and using only the dsl modem wired to my pc.

 

here is the log.txt:

Any ideas what I should be looking to change?

Hi,

in case you are using one and the same PC in both scenarios: 1. DSL modem----Netgear WGT624--- PC and 2. DSL modem ---- PC, and in the case 1 tunnel works, but in case 2 tunnel does not work, what I can think of is the Netgear router to stop ESP packets. In other words - not to support IPSec Passthrough, or at least is not enabled

Maybe you should check the router for such option first. My guess is that it should be in the Firewall part
