We run several RV016 and 82 behind DSL lines with dynamic IPs
We have found that the DynDNS client running on tha latest firmware, is only updating the resolution of the host/IP when the field is saved, or the unit is rebooted.
If the DLS line drops and chages IP when it re connects the DynDNS client will not update the IP to the hostname on the dyndns servers.
This turns the dyndns feature usless.
On the wishlist... Dont "get" the WAN's IP, get the IP from a remote server, so ISPs who operate as a large LAN and give you 10.10.XX addresses get resolved correctly. Open WRT has a feature like that
