Hello , I have a question and am hoping someone can help me.  My situation is I have a main location and a remote warehouse. The remote location is on a private network of 192.168.1.x and my main location is on a private ip of 192.168.2.x I was able to connect a gateway to gateway vpn and they are able to get on our erp  but he can not print .  I am new to this so i seen that the rv320 that i am using for main site has 192.168.1.x  , 192.168.2.x , and 192.168.3.x setup .  I need to turn off the dhcp on 192.168.1.x and 192.168.3.x correct.  any help would be greatly appreciated.

 but he can not print

Print Local Lan or remote side ? what is the IP address of the printer and what is the device IP address trying to print.

Looks like you need split tunnel for Local printing.

Thank you so much for getting back to me so quick. He is printing on his
side so he is the remote side. His printer ip is 192.168.1.35 and the erp
he is connecting to is 192.168.2.2

what is the IP address of the device ?

make sure you have ACL open for these ports port 515 / port 9100.

what device partcipating in the VPN ? check the Logs when user prints, anything blockng in FW ?

is this print via ERP system, then ERP IP should given access to printing ports.

Hi,

according to your explanation, site to site VPN is working fine since you can access ERP in head office from remote location. some printers using custom ports to print. is your print locally connect to remote PC or network Printer?

check weather ERP system can access printer directly.

Hello the printer is connected to an hp print server going into a switch .
I think It is being assigned a different ip when it connects. I can not
access the printer through the erp. The crazy thing is when I disconnect
the cisco, and plug the old Zyxel in everything is back to normal. Im sorry
if I am not explaining this correctly.
