How can i monitor traffic data/volume on cisco router 1921

Wondering if someone might be able to assist in determining the easiest / quickest method to "monitor" (track) who or what device on our small business network is uploading or how can I monitor data traffic/volume. 

We'd like a quick, efficient method to determine what workstation or application is using the excessive bandwidth as Wireshark type of apps cannot "see" the traffic passing through

you could enable netflow on the router and the use show commands to see top users when you are experiencing high  utilisation. What ios version are you running on the router?

Hi there,

As @johnd2310 mentions, enabling netflow on the router interfaces will capture the information you require.

You will need a netflow analyser to parse the data, I always recommend nfsen:

...it is a feature rich and fast piece of open source software.
