How do I setup an RV180W and DPQ3925 routers to work together

I have an RV180W which acts as my gateway using nat and recently purchased a DPQ3925 router from optimum with 5 static ip addresses.  How do i configure my server and desktops's with this information?

Hi James, Tthe DPQ modem/router box is a service provider unit. The best case scenario would be to have this unit set as some sort of bridge mode where the RV180 gets the public IP through the DPQ, then you may set one to one nat for your services
