Hi Jinto, the set up is pretty normal actually. The RV082 behind your DSL router will be running gateway mode. The LAN IP subnet must be different than the DSL router. The WAN should be a static IP on the same subnet as the DSL router LAN.
The DSL router will need a port forward for all IPsec ports/services.
The configuration for the actual VPN tunnel is the same concept. On the remote RV082 you will use the WAN ip address of the DSL router. For the "remote lan subnet" you will use the RV082 LAN subnet (the rv082 that is behind the dsl router).
My apologies if I have not clearly written this it is kind of complicated to articulate that without being too confusing.
