I need help to block youtube to a group of users

I have a rv340 router, I need help to block youtube to a group of users and another group of managers only allow it, i have 3 groups, I have 3 groups, one that allows full access, another that must have limitations of some pages
and the third party does not have permission to surf the internet. 

If there is a manual that explains how to configure that security option step by step on my router, I would appreciate it
