I couple of days ago I noticed that my communications coming in with port forwarding were being blocked. I had inherited this position and had no access to the router, so I did a factory reset on it. I have added the port required under setup-forwarding but the port still is closed. Is there some other setting I am missing to enable port forwarding or is it possible that the router is failing? I did a firmware update on it after I did the factory reset.
