Leds amber in my DPQ3212

I have a modem DPQ3212.

Downstream led is in amber.

Link led is in amber, flashing.

My ISP tell me all is OK, but my internet is slow.

I need all leds in green.

Only one downstream channel is open.

Please, help me and excuse my poor english.

Hi Juan Manuel Partida Valdez,

Thank you for your question.

However, this community is for Cisco Small Business Products and the DPQ3212 is not a Cisco Small Business Product.

Your product is an internet service provider (ISP) supported product. In other words you need to contact your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or technology reseller that you purchased this from to help you with your question.
