I have a WVC80N for about one year and I had a WRV200 router with port forwarding, I was able to watch my camera accesing my Public IP with no problems. About 2 months ago I change to new RV180W router but the way port forwarding configuration option change a lot.

My IP Camera is on 192.168.1.247 on port 1024 on my LAN.

Can somebody tell me how to tell the router RV180W if I am located outside (WAN) if I access my public IP, to go and show my camera.

Best Regards

Hi Manuel, the setting should be under Firewall -> Port forwarding

Click ADD

Click the buttom that says CONFIGURE SERVICES

Click ADD

Name = Camera

Port = TCP

Start and end port = 1024

Click Save

Go back and click on Firewall -> Port Forwarding and click ADD

Action = Always Allow

Service = Camera

Destination IP = 192.168.1.247

Internal port = 1024

Click Save
